About the Course

This Frailty Train the Trainer course empowers care managers, care coordinators, and experienced carers to deliver high-quality frailty awareness and management sessions. Drawing on Dr. Kirsten Protherough’s extensive background in geriatric medicine and adult education, participants will learn the skills needed to teach best practices in frailty care to their own staff teams.

Prerequisite: Attendees should have completed the Care Certificate (or equivalent), along with hands-on caring experience.
